[Plugin: oik-nivo-slider] thumbnail option not working

Hi, joetheboss. Someone else commented on that problem earlier today. I have started developing a solution. One of the challenges is to know which of the resized images to pick. Another is to style the slider to match the selected image size.

This has now been fixed in version 1.6
