Plugin okay-ish, support not

As the plugin nags me in the backend to provide a review:
The plugin does what is advertised, the UX is somewhat clumsy in certain areas compared to similar plugins; but you cannot limit table view to certain users without a lot of effort. That was a must have for us and before buying we asked about providing shortcode parameters to a table to get certain data in a mySQL query. The answer was that this will be possible in the near future and after that we bought the plugin. However, as became apparent later, that answer was wrong and actually the plugin is not able to do that easily.
We will cancel our subscription, especially as there actually ARE other similar plugins that provide the functionality we want.
