[Plugin: Omni Secure Files] Multiple uploads of the same file when only uploading once in IE9

When uploading files to secure directory using IE9 the plugin creates multiple instances of the file being uploaded.

In the example I just tried (I’ve tried several times) I ended up with 9 instances of the file I was trying to upload. It’s possible, however, that the plugin is in a loop because a previous example created over 40 instances of the file. In each case I believe I stopped the loop by refreshing the page.
