[Plugin: Omni Secure Files] Simple Q on File Sharing

Hi,

I have a simple requirement- I want to give a secure download link to my users for file download. This file should not be available publicly and only the person with whom I’ve sent the link should be able to download.

Is this possible with this plugin? how?
