1. Yes, you can include the widget in pages via a Page Builder like Page Builder by SiteOrigin or Beaver Builder.
Or you can use the Widget Shortcode plugin:

2. No, you can only show the feed of the account which you have connected in settings.
You can try a different plugin to use if you want to show the feed of another user: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/instagram-feed/
