[Plugin: Online Backup for WordPress] Can't Decrypt Back Up

Hi,

I lost the comments on my WordPress Blog. I would like to replace it with the encrypted backup by Online WordPress I had sent to me via email prior to the loss. I have updated WordPress and my theme since the loss.

I had to ftp the encrypted backup to the file suggested in the dialogue box. It appeared in the list. When I added the key/code, I get the following error message:
The backup could not be decrypted; the encryption details specified were incorrect.

I have tried several times, including copying and pasting from the original dialogue box where I typed the code (it was still visible). It was exactly what I wrote down.I typed it by hand. I tried all the different encryptions.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
