    Hi stanusj,

    You need to select your database in phpmyAdmin first. And it should be an empty database.

    If you setup and install WordPress from blank – you can then delete all the files and upload the FileSystem folder contents instead, and then use phpMyAdmin and click the database that WordPress is using, it should list WordPress tables, and then you can delete those tables (DROP) and then import the SQL backup file.
