    Hello,

    I am able to generate a full backup and download to my computer but I’m not able to backup online. I get this message:

    The backup failed: The server failed to retrieve data from your blog. Please check your blog is not experiencing any network issues and try again later.

    Is this a permissions issue? Thank you.

    I have a new installation of 2.0.2 and rechecked my settings a number of times and get the same error. The directory size being backed up is just under 80MB. Your support is appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi aiying,

    It looks like your backup has started working now. The problem seems to be your website was asking for a username and password at the time and so the plugin couldn’t be accessed by the online vault.

    If it still isn’t working let me know and I’ll take another look, but the only errors we can find are from the 15th of November and you look to have had successful backups since then.
