Plugin only working in incognito mode

    Hi, we have a problem with the plugin displaying properly.

    Chat does not show when we are logged-in or when we are in the regular Chrome tab, but if we switch to incognito mode then it works.

    The plugin works fine in Edge. I’ve tried inspecting the page and it seems that the div “_95ry” is empty: https://prnt.sc/upspqe

    In the incognito mode that div is not empty: https://prnt.sc/upsqiy

    We are on WPEngine, and we are using the WPRocket caching plugin. I’ve tried disabling WPRocket and the problem was still present so it seems that is not the issue.

    Thank you for using my plugin.

    The problem is not with the plug, but with your site. Somewhere in your code, these lines of code add up:

    
<!-- start Simple Custom CSS and JS -->
[...]
.fb_dialog.fb_dialog_advanced {
    bottom: 66pt !important;
    display: none;
}

    They cause the chat to be displayed incorrectly.
