Plugin only works in firefox

    Sorry to hear about the issues you’re seeing with the plugin. In testing a bit on my end in Chrome and Firefox on Mac, I’m seeing that both environments are not allowing me to use the sign up form in the top-right-hand portion of your page.

    Because the plugin is supported in all major browsers, this type of issue generally indicates that a conflict is occurring, often times with another plugin that’s active on the site. One option you may consider is to deactivate all plugins on the site, then test to see if the form is working as intended. If it is, you can then slowly start to reactivate each plugin one-by-one to see at which point it stops working.

    Also, can you confirm if you’re running the most up-to-date version of our plugin, and that no changes have been made to the plugin code?
