Plugin only works while in WordPress admin

  • WP Smart Taxonomy works fine when creating posts through the WordPress admin.

    However when another plugin creates a post with wp_insert_post then WP Smart Taxonomy doesn’t fire.

    I noticed the action ‘save_post’ is in the DC_Wp_Smart_Taxonomy_Admin class. Can that be moved so it will be triggered any time a post is created in or out of the WordPress admin?

    There is an other great plugin to resolve the problem you mentioned above. I have tested and it works with many “auto posting” plugins for example “Video Blogster Pro” to add categories and tags to posts automatically when posts are published/saved/imported.
