[Plugin: Onswipe] Cannot activae the plugin from wordpress site

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_basename() in /home/content/t/h/e/theindiaexpert/html/wp-content/plugins/onswipe/presscore/bootstrap.php on line 27

We are using: WordPress 3.0.1. Update to 3.4.1. Please let me know what to do.
