[Plugin: Onswipe] Comments closed when using Disqus

    Hi, everything is working, the problem is that I have Disqus for my comments and a message saying “comments are closed” is there.

    How to fix that ?

    Go to comments settings (in wordpress admin) and uncheck close comments after xxx days.

    Its unchecked, thats the problem. Any other advice in how to fix it ?

    I had the same problem today, and found out a way to solve it.

    In the Post Edit go to Screen Options (top menu) and mark the Discussion and Comments boxes.

    Then, go down the page and mark the “Allow Comments”.

    From now on it will be automatically marked, and the Disqus will show. ??

    I just had the same problem and discovered an incompatible plugin (‘Social’, a plugin provided by MailChimp) was conflicting with Disqus.

    If all else fails and you still get a comments closed message, try disabling all your plugins except Disqus and then re-enable each plugin until you discover the one that causes Disqus to stop working properly.

    @raam Dev: That’s problem. I must remove “Socialize This” plugin then Disqus return back!
