[Plugin: Opacity Tags] Tag Cloud not working

Hi,
I installed the tag cloud plugin. (the video is beautiful) I can not get the clouds to show up. I was wondering if you had any suggestions.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I did check the forum, and did not see anything posted.
