[Plugin: OpenBook Book Data] Using Open Book for Individual Library

    I have adapted the Open Book plugin for use in keeping track of my personal library of books and paperbacks. I also incorporated the Currently Reading widget to import photo data from the Google Books data base.

    Seems to work well so far, although after you input the ISBN# into the Open Book plugin from the VISUAL tool bar you have to manually edit the ISBN# for the additional post data. Not too hard. I just added some additional lines of code from the Currently Reading widget into the TEMPLATE 1 window.

    I then manually (cut and paste) add a short description/review of the book into the post, either from the Google Book page or the Open Library page, and hit the PUBLISH button.

    voila! An almost perfect list of all my books. A library-ish plugin for WordPress.
