[Plugin: OpenID] bug in site of network, cannot use main blog address

if i want to write to livejournal,
i cannot log in into livejournal with address https://qdb.wp.kukmara.ru/ but only can with address https://qdb.wp.kukmara.ru/author/qdinar/ , even if “Blog Owner” option in qdb.wp.kukmara.ru/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=openid is set to qdinar. (i have tested this with my tatar language blog qdinar.wp.kukmara-rayon.ru but here write as active link my english language blog )
