[Plugin: OpenID] works only for regsitered users!

    feature request:
    in login.php this message should be changed:
    find “Or login using an OpenID”
    that message should be changed this way:
    Or login using an OpenID, this field works only for registered users

    the OpenID plugin respects the “Membership” setting that is managed on your main settings page. So if you don’t have “Anyone can register” checked, then the OpenID plugin will only work for registered users.
