Please check the image size. It seems that they are too big.

Thanks but I don’t believe that is it. Is there written documentation for the file size limits? Last image I tried to upload was 640×480 and 168kb in size.

    Thanks!

Hi again. Most of issues that ever occurred are covered by FAQ page on our website and the video tutorial. Concerning image size limits, that shouldn’t be a problem when images aren’t huge… So, pls. check folder permissions and mysql tables if data are properly recorded. Also, is that a public server or are you checking it on a localhost?

    (@carstonleishmangmailcom)

Folder permissions should be correct, as no other plugin has any write issues, including nextgen etc.

I am the server administrator, it is windows 2008 server, not localhost but I do have access to any php or mysql settings.

    Thanks.

We haven’t got a windows 2008 server to test… but you may check if images are properly uploaded to the wp-content/oqey_gallery folder. If so, then it’s caused by some DB issues. Pls. use the contact form on our website and provide more details so we can check and solve it.

I have the very same problem. Nothing happens when I try to upload a picture, it’s not even being uploaded to the wp-content/oqey_gallery folder.

It’s not easy to guess what can cause you such issues whenever we can’t see anything that’s happening on your wordpress backend… If you can provide more details, please use the contact form on our website and we’ll check / solve any problem.

IMages are not loaded at all. as stated, the upload starts, finishes, everything appears to have finished, the screen refreshes but no files are actually loaded, folders are empty.

What information do you require to look further into this?

    Please contact us via https://oqeysites.com/contact/

The FAQs on the website do not address this issue.
    I have a similar problem.
    1 create new gallery
    2 click upload
3 select images – click open
4 loading bar shows the images are loading
5 in the box the message says – No images. Please upload some pictures.
6 Try again – still no images.
    7 contact support
8 response – I think the problem with oqey is because of memory limitation,memory_limit now is 32 MB, please increase it to 64MB.
9 did that – still no good
10 next response – please contact bluehost and tell them to alocate more RAM to your hosting pack
    11 still doesn’t work – still frustrated

TheDude I have this exact same issue. I’m just curious to know if you were able to get the images to upload.

Gave up a long time ago. Not worth wasting your time.

I am also having the EXACT same issue. Do you guys not support this gallery for local servers? WTF? And it seems that you guys STILL have not resolved the issue. Good luck getting new clients this way. Please let me know if you have this issue resolved.
