[Plugin: oQey Gallery] Restrict gallery to a user

Hi!
I have many authors on a site.
I would like that only a creator (author) of a gallery and an administrator (or editor) could edit that gallery but not the other authors.
Would it be able to add that kind of option?Any help would be appreciated!
