Plugin or Database Solution for User Data input and tallying

I am looking for a “simple” solution to allow for:
A form that users can fill out daily, to enter in their daily “points” for a challenge to earn points for certain nutrition, lifestyle and fitness activity.
Each day registered users go to the form page, enter in points for each of the 3 categories. On the backend, this gets logged for daily totals and weekly totals.
In addition, there needs to be a page that shows a total for each user/”player” in the Challenge, so users can see how others are doing and who is “winning.”
Is there a plugin that will allow for this advanced process? I am starting with a Google Form/Spreadsheet, but am wondering if there is something already built for WordPress, or if any developers have an idea for how to do this.
