Plugin or Hack to upload Photos to a pre-designed frame

  • I’m doing a website for a guy who does mobile billboards. He saw a website where the customer could upload a photo into a “frame” (picture of a truck with the billboard part being the frame). That way they can visualize their content on the billboard.

    I have no idea how to go about doing this. Does anyone know of a plugin or hack that can do this in WordPress? Any ideas?
