Plugin or not?

  • This is as far as I can get. How do I let WP know this IS a plugin?
    This plugin I downloaded from css-tricks.com.

    Please help.

    just any plugin won’t work

    Supposedly it is for WordPress. Downloaded from CSS-Tricks. I am going back to make certain.

    Almost ready to go live.
