Plugin order

    I suggest you turn off the “Auto insert” option and edit Single Post (single.php) template file. Paste following line
    <?php zemanta_related_posts()?>
    in the template exactly where you want your related posts to show up.

    Unfortunately I cannot figure out from the screenshot whether you’re using some plugin for the buttons under related posts.
    If you do, you’ll have to check whether it can be positioned in the template in a similar way as related posts. If it can, then put the code for showing the bar before the code for related posts.
