[Plugin: Organize Series Publisher] Organze Series Publisher doesn't work

I just completed writing a ten-part series. I went to the Manage Series to Publish screen and clicked “Publish.”

I get a screen that only says, “No pending posts in Lon over IP (709.1/852).” (The series title is Lon over IP (709.1/852).

Nothing is published when this happens.
