Plugin Page disappeared

  • I just opened a blog for my translation company at nytseoul.wordpress.com
    I need to install a plug-in but the Plugin page is not on the menu task bar. I have Appeareance, Users etc.. no plugins page.

    How do I fix this?

    Is your account an adminstrator account?

    A reason could be that another plugin or theme created a new menu item which uses the same menu-position as the plugin page.

    Do you have any new menu items in your admin panel added by a plugin?
    if you disable it, the plugin page should appear back in your menu.
