Plugin page is misleading…

  • The plugin looked quite well from the decription.
    But when you install you find out that they can’t hold what they promise.

    • 100% free – not really, they do not indicate that there is a quite low defined limit compared to other similar plugins
    • the paid plans are quite expensive compared to others
    • no documentation!?
    • they implemented a chat into the WP admin dashboard, which can be seen from different perspectives
    • they don’t provide the ability to change or add Woo order status

      • Recommendations:

    • be more transparent on your plugin page what the plugin can and not can do
    • be more transparent about the “free” and the limitations

      • deinstalled, it couldn’t fulfill my expectations

    Regarding the special offer, we thought that there might be some misunderstanding: after you install our plugin, you’ll be on the default Starter Free plan and have 20 quota per month cycle.
    To get the 100% off offer, you need to click the “$0 Get 100% OFF offer Now” to contact our support team to activate it for you. After that, your plan will become an unlimited plan and have unlimited quota per month cycle. Actually there is not any limitation and you can use all the features for free. (To clarify, one quota means one order, and the system counts quota based on the number of your orders synced to ParcelPanel)

    As for changing or adding Woo order status, may I confirm if it’s to update order status manually to in transit, out for delivery and etc? I’m sorry that this feature is unavailable at the moment, but we appreciate your suggestion, which will be of great help to our future software development.??
    We have been planning to implement it and it needs some time as the dev team needs some time to do some assessments and investigation
