[Plugin: Page Links To] Pointing a page to an external website

If I am just a beginner user who created a blog with pages online using wordpress is there a way to point a page to an external website? I have a store on another hosted page that I would like to send customers to.

Do I have to install wordpress and have it hosted to accomplish this or is it a theme option or something?
