    I am trying to use duplicator with the sage 10 theme for quite a while now. When calling the plugin’s page, I only get a whitepage with nothing rendered in the body and no console errors. There are also no errors in the logs.

    does anyone have a clue how I can approach this further? I have no idea what to look for

  • Hey @prototowb,

    That is a bit odd, so if you switch themes temporarily does the plugins page work again, or is it always broke as long as Duplicator is activated?

    Hi @corylamleorg
    it is working with other themes.

    Hey @prototowb

    You might try this FAQ item:

    – How to resolve Duplicator Plugin user interface (UI) issues?
    https://snapcreek.com/duplicator/docs/faqs-tech/#faq-package-038-q

    If that doesn’t work you might reach out to the theme authors and let them know that is the only theme you are seeing issues with and that other themes are working fine.

    Hope this helps~

    Thanks for the reply @corylamleorg
    I already discussed this in the roots/sage community forum. apparently they don’t feel like it’s something they should bother with.

    The FAQ didn’t seem to help me here either, can you tell me, is there a way to access the plugins logs another way? since I cant reach its page

    I will just switch themes to do backups in the meantime. I already started the process to drop the use and support for sage theme, and will be moving on to a headless approach where necessary. But chances are I will run into the same problem ??

    oh, nvm, I guess. that’s probably nothing that is getting logged in there(?)

    Hey @prototowb,

    If you haven’t tried you can add these settings to your wp-config.php to enable debugging, which may get you the logs you are looking for…

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
