[Plugin: Page Peel] Option to turn off page peel without inactivating the plugin?

Can somebody help me and write this code? I really love the plugin but i′m running a multisite and have all the plugins network activated, so i would like page peel to be off by default and ready to be “activated” from the Page Peel Options.
