Hi,

I installed the Paid Membership Pro plugin couple of weeks ago. At that time, I was able to set it up and everything was working fine. I recently (Jan 29th) updated the plugin to its latest version and now when I go to admin page of the plugin, the page keeps refreshing every 1 second. All the other admin pages (like posts, pages, appearance etc) are working fine.

I even tried to install the older versions of the plugin, but now its giving me the same issue.

Any suggestions on how I can prevent this problem?

Addtional Details:

01. I tried installing the plugin on a fresh copy of WP and still have the same issue.

02. I tried deactivating all the other plugins and still have the same issue.

The 1.8.13.5 update should fix this. Let me know if it doesn’t.

If not, in a pinch, you can comment out these lines to keep the dashboard from trying to hit our notification server: https://github.com/strangerstudios/paid-memberships-pro/blob/dev/adminpages/admin_header.php#L143-L150

FYI, we’ve experienced a DDoS attack on our servers today. That caused the notification check to fail… and so did the DNS update we had to do to fix the server.
