Maybe try deleting the Page Restrict folder from the plugins folder via FTP to uninstall it?

    awesome! It worked!

I installed the plugin on WordPress 3.0.4 and it locked my homepage. I am using the Boldly theme. Everytime I go to the homepage it asks me to log in if I am not already logged in.

I have uninstalled the plugin and deleted the file off the server and it is still doing the same thing. I even logged in with another computer to try and it still asks me to login.

Does anyone know where this small piece of code is that is restricting me from the homepage? I need to delete the code or whatever is restricting me now.

Do you have wp-supercache running? Maybe it is cached or something.

    Where is the wp-supercache located?

It’s a plugin. If you don’t have it installed then I don’t think you have a cache to clear.

One other thing you can do is view-source on your homepage and see if anything is being loaded like javascript, css, etc. that might clue you in to what is prompting for registration.
