Plugin page won’t show update

I’ve submitted a plugin at https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/wishads-for-cafepress-search/

I found some errors due to how wordpress creates the zip file. For other developers, the zip file will create a subdirectory that is the dashed name of the plugin.

So I made the changes as version 1.1, changed the readme.txt tag, and committed the files using TortoiseSVN last night. 10 hours later, the plugin still shows version 1.0. If I replace the version in the download link from 1.0 to 1.1, it downloads the updated file.

Any ideas as to what I’ve done wrong that could cause the new version not to be showing to the public.
