[Plugin: Page.ly MultiEdit] page link works in main content are but not multiedit area

Strange problem. I have a page that has a main content area and four multiedit areas. I have a sibling page link. If I put the link in one of the multiedit areas, I get page not found error when I click on it. Though if I highlight the URL in the address bar and press enter, it goes there okay. If I put the link in the main content area it works as expected. The other odd thing is this behavior only happens in Firefox. It works okay in IE and Chrome. I have cleared my Firefox cache, cookies, and restarted. Even tried on a different computer, same thing.

Any ideas?
