[plugin: Page.ly MultiEdit] Two requests

I’m using the plugin on two separate sites and it works as advertised and could be extremely useful. However, I have two requests for future features:

1. Make it work in the HTML editor. I absolutely HATE being forced into the visual editor.

2. Get rid of the nag screen that makes me confirm that I want to leave the page, regardless of whether or not I’ve just saved it. This is a huge annoyance.
