We don’t support guest payments with PayPal. It’s complicated, but that requires the PayPal Standard checkout and we use PayPal Express. The PayPal Standard doesn’t support some features that we use in the plugin.

You could add Website Payments Pro and SSL to your site to allow people to check out with a credit card directly on your site.

Ok no problem. I guess PayPal Pro would be the most sensible option anyway.

I see you have posted a blog about adding additional fields to the checkout page and edit profile pages here

So, would that enable me to include an application form on the checkout with whatever fields I want and they would be added to the user’s profile page in the admin panel?

    Sorry I mean this post

You would have to tweak the code to use your fields instead of the ones I use in the example, but yet you can add any field to the checkout form and profile fields.
