• Hi,

I am trying to get PMpro set up but am having an issue. The actual page content is showing up double — once at the top of the page, then again in the body where it’s supposed to. If I view the source, the <form class=”pmpro_form”…> (along with the full form, tables, etc) are actually in the <HEAD> section, as well as in the body.

Is this a bug, known or unknown? Or some issue on my end? It happens on the default theme as well as my custom one, so it shouldn’t be a theme issue. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Sorry, one other issue… I can’t copy membership packages. I can add, edit and delete, but when I go to copy it says:

“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

even though I am an admin. Again, any help is much appreciated. Thank you!

Nutlog13, I can’t reproduce the error. What version of PMPro are you running? Do you have any other plugins installed that might alter the permissions of your users?

    Thanks.

I have the same issue, Page content is showing up at the very top of my blog using ver.3.3.2, the newest one. It was doing the same in the prior version. It only shows on pages, not posts. However, I didn’t start noticing it until about the same time I started using w3tc plugin. Could it be a caching problem? Also I wonder if you (nutlog13) have experienced any pages not showing up in the admin>pages>All Pages? If so, it could be a related problem.

I noticed an error in our notification code that was causing a copy of your 404 page to show up in the PMPro admin screens if you had your site installed on a subdomain. That has been fixed in 1.4.4. (Not sure if that was the problem here.)

It sounds like you are getting some kind of duplicate content on the frontend. I really need more information to be able to reproduce this.

RE caching, make sure that you exclude the PMPro pages (minus the levels) page from caching so that checkout and confirmations continue to work, etc.

    Hello Strangerstudios,
I uploaded Paid Membership Pro and now cannot access my admin panel.
    I get a 404 code.

    Geoffrey,

Thanks for reaching out through email as well. I had you delete (or move) the plugin folder so WP wouldn’t load PMPro to get your site working again. I’m working with you to figure out exactly what the issue is. When we figure it out, I’ll post a follow up here for everyone.
