[Plugin: Paid Memberships Pro] Where is the Login Info?

  • Looking to install this plugin.

    Watched the activation video and everything seems straight forward… Do have a few questions though. (may sound simple, but not sure so I ask!)

    1. Does the software automatically give them a random user/pass or do they do that when registering?

    2. Can a particular “page” be locked out instead of a category?

    3. If they wish to cancel, do they do that through paypal itself? (cancel recurring subscriptions).

    1. The user enters their username/pass on the checkout page.

    2. Pages can be locked down one by one via a checkbox on the edit page screen. You can also add code to your theme to programatically lock down everything or large groups of pages.

    3. Users can cancel via your site, which will update PayPal, or they can initial through PayPal as well. In the latter case, you should get an email and will have to manually disable the account.
