[Plugin: Participants Database] Link field

Hi Roland,

Regarding the Form Element: ‘link’ … Our participants are finding this very confusing as they don’t know which field to insert the link URL and which to place the link text.

If I place the link text under Default, it fills both fields in the form, overwriting ‘(URL)’. Any clues please?
