• Greetings to all!

I am LOVING this plugin! Truly a great help for the site I’m working on (even for a database newb such as myself LOL)!

I have a question about how to deal with repetitive fields and maybe there is an easier way to deal with this issue, but my brain is mush and I’m not seeing it.

    Here is the situation:

I will have two groups of people submitting answers to lessons – professionals and student. For each person, the lesson will change (i.e., lesson #1, lesson #2, lesson #3, etc.), but the questions will be the same (i.e., question #1 might always be ‘How did this experience impact you?’ for all lessons).

    So:

    Lesson #1, Question #1
    Lesson #1, Question #2
    Lesson #1, Question #3
    Etc.

Lesson #2, Question #1 (Same as the first question from lesson 1)
Lesson #2, Question #2 (Same as the second question from lesson 1)
Lesson #2, Question #3 (Same as the third question from lesson 1)
    Etc.

My concern is how to keep from overwriting earlier responses from prior lessons. The only way I can think of is to create fields for every single lesson and then every question within that lesson, but this would repeat a ton of fields and it would quickly become quite unwieldy (multiple people doing multiple lessons = one big data nightmare as well as creating a huge data entry form).

Is there an easier way that I’m just not seeing?

Sorry if this is confusing. Let me know and I can clarify! Thanks for any and all help!

    MC
