[Plugin: Participants Database] URGENT update not showing images

Unfortunately, when the plugin updates, it erases everything in the plugin folder…I did not realize this at first, so earlier versions of the plugin allowed you to store the images where they would be wiped out by an upgrade. A few upgrade cycles back, the default image storage folder was moved to wp-content/uploads/participants-database/

You’ll need to put the images in that location and make sure the “File Upload Location” is set to that directory: “wp-content/uploads/participants-database/”

Yes i was the one who told you about that! That’s why my images were in the uploads directory but now they are not visible on the site ??

OK, so, I misunderstood. I thought you were saying your images were deleted!

The images are still where they always were in the uploads directory? And you have your “File Upload Location” set to point to this directory, right?

Try this for me: send me the setting you have for your “File Upload Location” and also the “src” value of the IMG tag that should be displaying the image…or you could send me a link to look at.

Whatever you have done in the latest upgrade has fixed the missing image issue – THANK YOU so much… phew… with over 100 participants and 6 images each I wasn’t looking forward to reconnecting them to their profiles again!!
