[Plugin: PayPal Donations] Add a subscription button after a donate button installed

I have a Donate button installed on my site and would like to keep that option but need to install a subscribe button for recurring monthly donors. Can I do this and if so please give detailed actions almost computer illiterate. Thank you for the plugin certainly never could have done this without your plugin.
