[Plugin: PayPal Donations] Redirect 'Donate' button to alternate page

Thanks for the great plugin, Johan.

We’ve had a number of people reluctant to donate since they were asked to have to create their own PayPal account. Easier the better, right?

So after the jump, there’s an unassuming link just left of the login/create profile section that people can click if they don’t have a PayPal account, & I would instead like to redirect the ‘Donate’ link directly to that page where it asks for your credit card info 1st thing. With limited coding knowledge, I cannot figure out how to do it.
