I’ve two problems:

1. The created pdf doesn’t show the line breaks, I included in my WordPress post with <p>…</p>. There is just one block with text, no line breaks in the pdf.

2. I use image captions in my WordPress posts. The general code is of this type: [caption id="attachment_xyz" caption="..."]<img src=”…”/>[/caption]. The created pdf file includes the images, but prints the captions code before and after the image.

What should I do to resolve the problems? Thank you!

Hey einszweidrei, I’ve posted as well on this forum but didn’t get any answers. I have now found that the developers have also a forum on their site: https://en.pdf24.org/forum.

Normally the p tags should work fine. Do you use a css which modifies the default behaviour of the p tag?

Our blog uses the p tag to and if you create a PDF file there the content is formatted fine.

Go to https://en.pdf24.org/blog/pdf24-creator-443-msi-available/ and create a PDF file. You don’t need to enter your email address.

The question is why the p tags do not work in your blog.

PDF24 does not handle the image captions. Is that a special wordpress feature or is this realized by a plugin?

I’m using a individual css for my theme, but just modifies the botom margin of the p tag. May this be the problem?

As far as I know, the image captions are a wordpress feature. I don’t use a plugin for this.

Please try again to test whether line breaks works now. We have changed a parameter which could be the reason for your problem. Please tell us if it helped.

Sorry, the problem remains the same (I updated the plugin a few minutes ago)…
