[Plugin: People Lists] Lists cannot be edited

In a recent restore of our site, our WP platform was upgraded to 3.4.1 from a previous build (not sure which one exactly).
Now when I try to drag names from lists, the four-way arrows appear but only text is selected. Currently using version 1.2 of the plugin.
