[Plugin: People Lists] Not displaying THumbnail

Hi there

I installed this plugin and I think it is exactly what I was looking for. The only problem is that it doesn’t display the thumbnail image of the user. I have installed the “User Avatar” plugin.

Can someone offer some help please?
