Plugin Permissions Trouble

I’m running the “Social Stickers” Plugin for my page. It worked fine when editing in localhost, but now I’m unable to change only the network settings. So, when I change the appearance, it works fine. But when I try to change the URL of my Facebook sticker, for example, it gives me this:

You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/options-general.php on this server.

There’s a fair amount of code in the file so I won’t take up space unnecessarily, but I am more than willing to post portions or the entire thing if someone can help me with this problem. Thanks!
