[Plugin: Personal Fundraiser] Monthly Subscriptions for donations

For something like reoccurring monthly subscriptions/donations you would need to add code to record the gifts on a monthly process. If you look at the pfund_auth_net_donation function, it is the piece that records the authorize.net transaction to the personal fundraiser. In particular, it calls pfund_add_gift (which can also be invoked via the action pfund_add_gift).
