What happens when you try to register?

First I get back a message that the userid is already in use. When I try a different userid it gives me the same message. Then when I try to use it, nothing happens. It almost feels like it is just collecting userids … a very uncomfortable feeling.

There are a couple of different scenarios that will return a message stating that the userid is already in use. We will be adding more granular error messages in the near future to assist with troubleshooting. In the meantime, please check that your username is an email address and that your phone number is valid and entered in a valid format.
