  • Hello!

Yuo simply use the shortcode in post or page and the plug in will add the images assigned to that specific page or post.(click the media image button above the text field to add pics no need to insert them into post).

the shortcode is the same as wordpress built in gallery shortcode:
    ex. [gallery itemtag="div" icontag="span" captiontag="p" link="file"]

    I hope this was helpfull

I have the same question, but the answer is still Chinese to me – a new user. No idea what shortcode is or how to use it. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide step-by-step instructions. Surprised they don’t provide that with the plug-in.
    Thanks, Colin

The same for me. I don’t know where upload photos and I don’t see the gallery built-in wordpress.
Can you explain step by step how does it work, please ? A example would be perfect !

    Thanks

Would be nice if Graphic Paper Press put that instruction in the plugin setting page – one paragraph would do.

Seems they are one of the many plugin developers who just don’t think when writing the text for the settings page – an no, even in their Forum they don’t include that (that I can find. and I looked for quite a while.)

Member laseppapa, could you please elaborate. Would appreciate it.

    Thanks and happy 4th!

    Ok!

    – Activate plugin.
    – In admin on the page/post you want your gallery, upload or link photos as you would normally do trough the media button located above the main textfield.

There you have the option to insert gallery and photo-galleria will override wordpress normal gallery function.

So back at your page/post in html mode instead of visual(Top right corner of textfield) you shoud no see something like.

    [gallery itemtag="div" icontag="span" captiontag="p" link="file"]

    Or[gallery]

I hope i was clear enough
