    Just getting back from vacation…

    If you remove your customizations do you still see the error?

    I can’t find that string anywhere in the WP code or my plugin so I can’t tell what’s generating it.

    Any errors in the server log?

    If you enable the plugin debug log in Media Settings it might also help to identify the problem.
